From the main A30 road, take the A3074 into St Ives from the St Erth roundabout. After 100 metres, go straight over the first mini roundabout and left at the second, taking the day visitors route into St Ives (it will join the B3311). Continue up this road for approximately 2.5 miles until you meet the T-junction. Turn right and head for St Ives. At the next T Junction, turn right and head for St Ives Town Centre (passing the fire station on your right). Continue straight over the double mini roundabout and head down the hill (known as The Stennack) towards the town. At the next mini roundabout take a left turn up Bullans Lane. At the T-junction at the top of this hill you will be facing Belmont Terrace. We are slightly to the left, at No 9. Please pull up at the front of the house and ring the bell and we will show you where to park.
